To volunteer as a Communications Crewman for the Western States Endurance Run, the Tevis Cup Endurance Ride or both, please complete the interactive form below.

Once you send the completed form by pressing the SUBMIT button, we'll confirm receipt here in your browser session and via email. If the email does not reach you in a reasonable length of time, back up to this form page and check that you have entered your email address correctly. Correct it if wrong and press SUBMIT again.

You may modify your signup information at any time by sending an email to the coordinator or by filling out the form anew.

The information you submit is kept confidential by the communications coordinator. The only information that will appear on this web site or any other place is your name (and if licensed, your call) on the schedule pages.

E-Mail addresses, phone numbers, and all the other information you provide remains private.

For the few of you who may be assigned to a location with wireless phone coverage, we may ask your permission to include your mobile phone # on the master contact sheet for use by the Event Control personnel. Such places are rare, however, and you are also free to decline our request.
